Why dont wwe go out and find good indy tag teams any more?

i mean instead of just throwing guys together why not use real tagteams.like lod thats all they did was tag unless one or the other was hurt.then they would actually have a good tag divison.now days accept maybe hardys and few others you dont even see double team finishers anymore.used to when they have a single champion that i didnt like like say hogan then id could count on the tag divison to pick me up.
