What besides narcotic meds can be used to alleviate fibromyagia pain?

My doc tells me I may have fibromyalgia due to my symptoms and is checking for Hashimoto because of the bloodwork showing antibodies over 3000. The pain is incredibly uncomfortable and widespread throughout my body. What is usually used for pain relief? Anti-inflammatories do not help at all.
