Heartburn all the time?

ok no matter what i eat drink or do i have heartburn im 21w and 3d and im having a boy but i jsut wnat to know why so much heartburn and what can i do i tryed tums for the first time OH MY GOD NASTY... is there anythign i can do. and i mean all the time night day evening you name it i have it.. thanks
