yes change their water everyday to ceep them healthy, give them stuff like carrots, bell peppers, apples, ptatoes, rice, brocoli, orange. she would probobly cry a bit, but she might get over it pretty fast( depends on person) yes they love running around in those , just keep them away from stairs,hold them when theyre active, areound nite, if you hold them while, sleeping, drinking or eating than it might bite. just grap them and pick them up ez! ye sthey should get used to bieng held, maybe the hamster hates your sister, hamsters and othr aimals hve a 6th sence so maybe you sister will end up bieng evil, or already evil. and last, the hamster should be ok, if your sister didnt freak out or drop it when the hamster freaked oout, chances are it freaked out beause your sister squeezed it too hard (you did say she was only 7) good luck with your hamsters!
