No. You receive at least as much as if there had been no stimulus, possibly more. The only thing that you may lose is a credit that would not be available to anyone if there had been stimulus. For example, if (1) you would have gotten $1000 if there had been no stimulus, and (2) you would have gotten $1600 if there had been a stimulus but you had not receive one, then you would get $1300.
