Am i a bad friend/ should i feel bad?

So me and my friend kylie are on the varisty volleyball team at my school, and we always joke around in the locker room. kylie always makes plans with the team in the locker room to hide our stuff, so when i get back i have to look for it. today kylie left her Ugg boots out (fav shoes) so i thought it would be fun to hide them and make her think someone stole them, like she always does to me. so we got back after practice and she had no clue i did it for some reason, and started crying. everyone is saying i'm so mean and stuff when she always does it to me and i was just joking around. so should i feel bad or did she deserve it? (even though i wasnt trying to be mean at all)
