Whats the best place to live in penn state (outside campus)?

Hi im going to do a masters degree at penn state (university park) on fall 08, I wnat to live outside campus by miself so I need advice from anyone who lives or has lived there. I have read about pennwood north. Im a quiet peacefull guy, so I dont look to be aroud lots and lots of undergrads. I will appreciate your help.
