Why are more male alligators given birth to than that of females?

For alligators, if the egg is incubated above 90 degrees, it will be male. If it is below 85, it will be female. Incubations between 85 and 90 will produce both male and female. I can only ume based on your question that most alligators are incubated at higher temperatures, and therefore, produce more males.
