Trying to find an actor?

I can't remember in which film I've seen him, but he had his hair long in a ponytail. He sort of has that italian accent, tall, dark hair, dark eyes, profound cheekbones, kinda looks like Heath Ledger in 10 things I hate about you, muscular, and I can't remember anything more.
