Has anyone had any problems with flatulence during ?

During lovemaking, especially missionary position, i have a tendency to fart. This has caused me severe embarrment and i have to tell my husband to "cease fire" I have been to a physician regarding my gas problem, with all sorts of tests to rule out certain dietary problems or physical problems. please do not laugh at this question as i have a severe gas problem. my husband has almost asked for a divorce. we can only function ually orally. what do i do
