Nope not healthy at all. first of all you need some sort of veggie and if your excersising for 6 hours a day you need a lot more protein. if however you did stick to that plan for a year you would probably lose 50-75 pounds, but you wont stick to it for a year. its impossible, no one has that sort of will power. I suggest working out for an hour or 2 a day and eat a more sensible and healthy plan.
