Emulator Gamepads Question?

So I have Windows Vista Home Basic and I have the latest versions of emulators. What is a good gamepad or converter adapter that is compatible with the emulators and Vista? I need it to play PJ 64, nestopia, ZSNES, Visualboyadvance, NO$GBA, and the psx emulator. Thanks in advance! :D
