Yahoo proceedure,how are questions and answers dealt with?

From the time you post how is it done?I believe yahoo do have moderators as if not the terrorist and ku klux klan and paedophiles would run amok.Were is the wizard of Oz type computers?how then are some questions a 'violation'no real reason and some questions 'reported by trolls and called 'the Community?
