Why do Evangelical Christian say "Yeshua" for Jesus and call themselves a "Messianic Jew"?

I think this is called semantics and this fits the most common use if the term. Every country has a different name and pronunciation when a name is translated from another language it is pronounced and written differently. It becomes even more complex and the translations more varied when a word or name not only are from a different language but also a different alphabet.
