Should I transfer colleges?

My best friend Jess and her mother somehow got me to go to college with jess. I thought that that was going to be so awesome but now; everything is weird. Jess is getting on my nerves. I don't mean just getting on my nerves. Our personalities are the exact opposites. She's clean, and I'm messy. She's neat and organized, and I'm sloppy and extremely unorganized. She's an overachiever, and I'm an underachiever. I could keep this going all day but let's get to the point here. We carpool because I don't have a working vehicle at this point in time. Now she is charging me arm and leg for gas and I don't have that much money to begin with. I only get paid once a month. I don't have the money to be paying her 50 a month. She has been getting on my nerves and yelling at me at every given oportunity and I'm getting sick of it. And she takes every oportunity to hurt me into giving her what she wants. But instead of that all she's doing is making me mad enough to transfer. What do I do?!
