In case you're wondering why nobody has answered your questions, it may be because they're multiple choice questions taken from your textbook. The answers are all in your textbook and it's your job, as a student, to seek them out there. I don't have a copy of your textbook, so I have nowhere to look them up. Don't expect me to do your work for you; you won't learn anything copying answers from Yahoo!Answers.
