Is my period heavy or light?

Okay so i just got my first period on thursday night and today is saturday and its the heaviest day so far. I change my pads every like... 5 hours and rnt that full usually they r probably like 65% full. I have had nooo symtoms what so ever except i havent been as hungry. My mood hasnt changed nothing! No cramps or anything but do u think my flow is heavy or light? What would u consider a heavy or light flow? Oh yeah and whenever i go pee yesterday my pee was like blood cuz it Came out soo much wen i went. Especially wen i wipe. But just now after 3 hours from not changing my pad its only like 20% full and my pee wasnt very bloody.. Thank god!
