How did Adolf Hitler use aggressive foreign policy?

Hitler used aggressive foreign policies to ensure that everyone knew he was serious, and to intimadate. An example is the tarriffs that Hitler stopped paying the winners from WWI. He also invaded Poland regardless of the warnings that France and Britian gave Hitler.
