Fuzzy picture when Nintendo 64 is plugged into Flat Screen TV?

You solved your own problem. His N64 works fine, yours doesn't. That means the problem is with your N64 and it may just need to be cleaned. If not, look into getting another N64. Or get a Wii and download N64 games onto that.
