Bronchitis?

I have a breathing problem that almost sounds like bronchitis or asthma but I can't seem to releave it. I've had brokchitis before and it feels kinda like that little back pain, achey, chest pains, and tight feeling when trying to breath. But I went to the nurse today and she listened to my chest and there was no wheezing but yet it still feels like theres a lot of stuff down there to cough up, and it feels like the airway is constricted. I also get winded really easily. Im going to try my inhaler and see if that helps and if it's not better soon im headed to the doctor, but would anyone know what this might be?
